Why are you out of network and what does that mean?
We have chosen to remain out-of-network providers in order to have the ability to provide a better quality of care. We do not want to see a higher volume of patients in order to meet the demands of an in-network provider. What this means for you, as our patient, is that during your visit, you are our priority. We can spend additional quality time, listening to your concerns, completing thorough evaluations, and reviewing and discussing all available treatment options.
HOW DOES THIS WORK WITH MY INSURANCE?
At the time your appointment is made, we will discuss with you your expected out of pocket costs. Following your office visit, we will submit the claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Once that claim has been processed, your insurance company will reimburse you directly based upon the terms of your specific policy.
Navigating any insurance can be tough, that's why here at Subach Spinal Solutions we work hand in hand with your insurance company to make sure there are no hidden charges. The moment you contact Subach Spinal Solutions you can request information regarding your out of network benefits and we will personally contact your insurances for you to see all the ins and outs of your policy.
Subach Spinal Solutions will courtesy bill all financial interactions between the provider and patient directly to the designated insurance carrier. Payment will entail a required deposit from the patient prior to scheduling any surgical procedures. When we receive the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurer, we will contact you regarding balance billing and payment options.
Should the need arise, we do offer financing options. We accept Care Credit
(https://www.carecredit.com/) for longer-term payment strategies.
